お正月に向けての準備
今期の酒造りも今日まで何とか無事に、そして、大きなケガや病気もなくやってこれました。
これも私たちを支えてくれている周りの方々や、環境あってのここと思います。搾られるお酒も順調に醸され、美味しく仕上がっているなあと思っております。ここで気を抜くことなく、貯蔵、瓶詰めしてお客様が召し上がるまでこの美味しさを維持できるように管理していきたいと思います。
